What makes the fit different?

Can I buy SENTRX™ directly?
Yes. Choose your color, size, and width, then add your pair to the cart.
Can I use my own insoles?
The footbed is removable. Fit and available space vary with the insole, so check that your toes have room and your heel sits comfortably before wearing the shoes out.
How should they feel when I first try them on?
Look for room around your toes and a comfortably snug fit around your heel. Try them indoors with the socks you usually wear, and adjust the stay-put laces as needed. Check the return policy before wearing them outside.

What surfaces are they made for?
They are intended for common indoor and outdoor surfaces, including floors, sidewalks, and pavement. They are not intended for rugged trails or wet, muddy outdoor conditions. Traction varies with the surface and conditions.
How do I choose my size?
Start with the Size Guide and the personalized size recommendation tool. If you wear FootJoy, Skechers, Puma, or New Balance, choose your usual size as a starting point. If you wear Adidas, Nike, or Ecco, the SQAIRZ® sizing guidance recommends a half size down. Fit varies by style and foot shape; contact us if you need help choosing.

DOMESTIC US EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
In order to be eligible for exchange or return, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If paying for your own returning shipping, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method as SQAIRZ is not responsible for any returns or exchanges lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
Customers in international territories will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method as SQAIRZ is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. The customer is responsible for international shipping and any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned and/or exchanged items shipped internationally.
All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving product. Once SQAIRZ has received your return your refund will be processed to the form of payment selected by the customer. You will receive an email notification once your return is fully processed through our returns department.
SHIPPING POLICY
SQAIRZ offers free express shipping for all orders over $139 USD within the United States. This excludes any and all clearance items, as well as some promotions as noted within the promotion details. Orders are typically dispatched from the warehouse within 1-4 business days, depending on volume. Shipping times may vary after processing due to recipient location but usually takes 2-4 business days. International shipping times can vary greatly, so refer to your tracking number for questions regarding international shipping times. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import (this includes Canada).
After placing your order you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers at approximately 7pm ET each business day when orders are processed. Orders placed after 1pm ET may not receive their tracking numbers by email until the next business day. Due to UPS processing times, expedited shipping orders placed after 12pm ET may not be received until the following business day.

Dr. Martin O’Malley, MD
Dr. O’Malley is an Orthopedic Surgeon at HSS specializing in sports medicine of the foot and ankle. He is Team Orthopedist for the Brooklyn Nets, USA Basketball, and the Foot and the Ankle Consultant to the New York Giants. He has operated on over 150 professional athletes and is a consultant to most NBA, WNBA, and NFL teams. Dr. O’Malley is also known for operating on many elite athletes, including Jayson Tatum, Kevin Durant, Tyrese Haliburton, and Colts QB Daniel Jones.
Dr. Erik C Nilssen, M.D
Dr. Nilssen is an Orthopedic Surgeon at Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine and the founder and guiding force behind the Nilssen Ankle and Foot Center. Dr. Nilssen devotes time to mentoring both Sports Medicine and Foot & Ankle Fellows through the AREI Dual Fellowship Program. Dr. Nilssen is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is the only person to have completed fellowships in both Sports Medicine and Foot & Ankle at the American Sports Medicine Institute under the direction of Dr. James R. Andrews.

Dr. DeHeer is double board certified through the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, specializing in foot surgery, as well as reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.
