FULL 90-DAY QUALITY WARRANTY

SQAIRZ golf shoes are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase.  Shoes found to be defective will be replaced with the same style or an equivalent SQAIRZ golf shoe at the sole discretion of SQAIRZ, LLC.

CONSUMER CLAIMS PROCEDURE

In order to exercise the warranty, please call the SQAIRZ customer service at 1-888-793-7779 or email them at info@sqairzgolf.com to request a return authorization.   You must have the original sales slip showing the date of purchase to obtain a return authorization number.  WARRANTY CLAIMS PRESENTED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL SALES SLIP WILL BE HONORED AT SOLE DISCRETION OF SQAIRZ.  Any wear deemed abusive, excessive, or inappropriate may void the warranty.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the shoes; shipping costs will not be reimbursed by SQAIRZ.  For your protection, we advise that you ship your package via a traceable method.  Be sure to obtain a tracking or confirmation number as your proof of delivery.  SQAIRZ is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.  Please allow up to six (6) weeks for a replacement pair of shoes to be shipped to you.  NOTE: you must have a return authorization number in order to process the shipment.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, and any implied warranties, including MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, are limited to the duration of this express warranty.  In no event shall SQAIRZ be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of the product, and any recovery is limited to the purchase price.  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.  NO OTHER PERSON OR COMPANY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE THIS WARRANTY, AND YOUR DEALER IS SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES.

SQAIRZ XRZ™ Pickleball Shoe 6-Month Sole Warranty

We stand behind the durability of our SQAIRZ XRZ™ Pickleball Shoes. We understand that the durability of any performance outsole varies based on playing conditions, intensity, and court surfaces. If the outsole on your SQAIRZ XRZ™ Pickleball Shoes wears through or becomes visibly degraded within six months of the purchase date, we will provide a one-time replacement.

Qualifying Conditions:

  • Your XRZ™ shoes must have a visible hole in the outsole, exposing the inner material. This wear must result solely from normal pickleball play.

  • The warranty covers outsole wear only and does not extend to the upper, midsole, or any other part of the shoe. Shoes that have been mishandled, intentionally damaged, or misused are not eligible.

  • Claims must be submitted within 180 days of the original purchase date. Only one replacement is allowed per pair purchased.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your name and purchase details.

  2. Required Documentation:

    • Photos showing the damaged outsole, highlighting the wear hole.

    • A picture of the tag on the back of the tongue.

    • Proof of purchase showing the purchase date and retailer.

  3. Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement order.

Additional Details:

  • Warranty replacements are subject to inventory availability and are limited to the same model and size, or a comparable option if the original is unavailable. No alternative styles will be provided.

  • A $20 fee plus applicable taxes will cover shipping and handling.

  • SQAIRZ reserves the right to request the return of the worn shoes for further inspection.

  • This warranty applies only to purchases made through authorized U.S. retailers or our website, within the 50 states and D.C.

  • Limit one claim per purchase. All replacement shoes are final sale.

Exclusions:

  • Sample and promotional pairs do not qualify.

  • This guarantee does not apply to any other footwear or components except as explicitly stated above.
