DOMESTIC US EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
In order to be eligible for exchange or return, all items must be in new, unused condition, and all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If paying for your own returning shipping, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method as SQAIRZ is not responsible for any returns or exchanges lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
Customers in international territories will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method as SQAIRZ is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. The customer is responsible for international shipping and any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned and/or exchanged items shipped internationally.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving product. Once SQAIRZ has received your return your refund will be processed to the form of payment selected by the customer. You will receive an email notification once your return is fully processed through our returns department.
SQAIRZ offers free shipping for orders $150+ within the United States using UPS Ground. Orders are typically dispatched from the warehouse within 1-4 business days, depending on volume. Shipping times may vary after processing due to recipient location but usually takes 2-4 business days. International shipping times can vary greatly, so refer to your tracking number for questions regarding international shipping times. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import (this includes Canada).
After placing your order you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers at approximately 7pm ET each business day when orders are processed. Orders placed after 1pm ET may not receive their tracking numbers by email until the next business day. Due to UPS processing times, expedited shipping orders placed after 12pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
All clearance items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
