How do SQAIRZ fit compared to other brands?
If you wear Under Armour or New Balance, order your usual size. If you wear Adidas or Nike, order a half size down.
Our shoes are a standard width shoe, however we have added in room in the toe area to allow your toes to spread naturally.

What is the SQAIRZ return & exchange policy?
In order to be eligible for exchange or return, all items must be in new, unused condition, and all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All US returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
We offer free exchanges which will be sent out once the original item is processed through our warehouse. Returns will be charged $12.99 for return shipping and will be deducted from the purchase price.

Does SQAIRZ make wide sizes?
SQAIRZ does not make wide sizes. While we offer a roomier toe box, our shoes are standard width. With that said, customers of up to 1E have found SQAIRZ to comfortably fit.

My son is 10 and is playing in kid pitch baseball. He started pitching last year, and has played 1st base for 4 years. He is very big for his age ,at 5'4 wearing a size men's 11. I have to buy new cleats for every season (spring,fall ball, and for the last 2 years summer all star team) that's a lot of shoes and money. For the past 2 seasons I've purchased an extra 2 pairs. Bc he has wide feet no cleats are comfortable and some were actually hurting, leaving bruises . Not only that, but they dont aeem to last either. Laces breaking, solea tearing, and dont get me started on the inside literally coming apart. I could never find baseball cleats in wide, and finally I found new balance that offer 2E not 4E but still it was something. They were better and helped pain and bruising some, but still. Not quite there. Then I found Sqairz. Read a lot did some research and made the jump. And let me say. We will never go back to another cleat! The extra wide toe box, oh my gosh. He said his feet could finally not be contorted into his shoe. The extra cushion inside helped dramatically with his pain. Every step especially rounding the bases he said was so painful before and now felt like air. He said he feels as if he can run and jump better. Now when he slides into base, he said he is no longer afraid of bending his foot or sliding into the bag afraid of how much the impact would hurt his foot.
