Shipping and Return Policies

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY (IN A NUTSHELL)

We allow you to exchange your order in original and unused condition for a different size and/or model at no cost. SQAIRZ will ship exchanges to you for free (returns are subject to a $12.99 restocking fee). We do not provide free shipping for exchanges outside of the United States. We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method as SQAIRZ is not responsible for any exchanges lost in transit.

SHIPPING POLICY

SQAIRZ offers free shipping for shoe orders within the United States using UPS Ground or USPS (if shipping to a PO Box). Orders are typically dispatched from the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary after processing due to recipient location but usually takes two to four business days. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import (this includes Canada).

After placing your order you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers at approximately 7pm EST each business day. Orders placed after 4pm EST may not receive their tracking numbers by email until the next business day. Due to UPS processing times, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders placed after 12pm EST may not be received until the following business day.

DOMESTIC US RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

In order to be eligible for exchange or return, all items must be in new, unused condition, and all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a $12.99 restocking fee. We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method as SQAIRZ is not responsible for any returns or exchanges lost in transit.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Once SQAIRZ has received your return your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return is fully processed through our returns department.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

Customers in international territories will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method as SQAIRZ is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. The customer is responsible for international shipping and any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned and/or exchanged items shipped internationally.
