Any order received prior to 3pm EST will be fulfilled and shipped that day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will not be fulfilled and shipped until the next business day. You will receive tracking information at time of fulfillment completion.

How do SQAIRZ fit compared to other brands?
If you wear K-Swiss, Asics, New Balance, or Babolat, order your usual size.
If you wear Nike, Skechers, Adidas, or Wilson, order a half size down.
Our shoes are a standard width shoe, however we have added in room in the toe area to allow your toes to spread naturally.

Yes. SQAIRZ insoles can be removed and replaced easily.
What is the SQAIRZ return & exchange policy?
In order to be eligible for exchange or return, all items must be in new, unused condition, and all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All US returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
We offer free exchanges which will be sent out once the original item is processed through our warehouse. Returns will be charged $12.99 for return shipping and will be deducted from the purchase price.

I've had the ProS2 for 2 years, an 18 handicap, and shot a 79 today! Made virtually every putt because the toes on the Sqariz square you up on the green. They are amazing. I also have the Sqairz ankle socks, the best I've ever had for golf. Comfortable and they don't slip. Playing in damp morning dew, the waterproof uppers keep me dry. Love the shoes!
