SQAIRZ offers free shipping for minimum orders of $160 before tax within the United States using UPS Ground.
Any order received prior to 3pm EST will be fulfilled and shipped that day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will not be fulfilled and shipped until the next business day. You will receive tracking information at time of fulfillment completion.

How do SQAIRZ fit compared to other brands?
If you wear Under Armour or New Balance, order your usual size.
If you wear Adidas or Nike, we would suggest ordering a half size down.
Our shoes are a standard width shoe, however we have added in room in the toe area to allow your toes to spread naturally.

I use custom orthotics, are SQAIRZ insoles removable?
Yes. SQAIRZ insoles can be removed and replaced easily.
Are SQAIRZ waterproof?
Yes! Our microfiber models are 100% waterproof with side-sewn gussets on each side of the tongue to prevent water, dirt, and debris from entering, all the way up to the top of the shoe.
What is the SQAIRZ return & exchange policy?
Through the Holiday Season, SQAIRZ is offering an extended exchanges & return policy so you or your golfer can try their shoes. Free exchanges will be offered through the end of January.
In order to be eligible for exchange or return, all items must be in new, unused condition, and all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All US returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
We offer free exchanges which will be sent out once the original item is processed through our warehouse. Returns will be charged $12.99 for return shipping and will be deducted from the purchase price.

My son has had Severs for a couple of years and his feet hurt all the time. This is the first pair of shoes he would wear that we didn't need to put in the expensive insoles to make them comfortable.
