How do SQAIRZ fit compared to other brands?
If you wear Under Armour or New Balance, order your usual size. If you wear Adidas or Nike, order a half size down.
Our shoes are a standard width shoe, however we have added in room in the toe area to allow your toes to spread naturally.

What is the SQAIRZ return & exchange policy?
In order to be eligible for exchange or return, all items must be in new, unused condition, and all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All US returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
We offer free exchanges which will be sent out once the original item is processed through our warehouse. Returns will be charged $12.99 for return shipping and will be deducted from the purchase price.

Does SQAIRZ make wide sizes?
SQAIRZ does not make wide sizes. While we offer a roomier toe box, our shoes are standard width. With that said, customers of up to 1E have found SQAIRZ to comfortably fit.

My son has had Severs for a couple of years and his feet hurt all the time. This is the first pair of shoes he would wear that we didn't need to put in the expensive insoles to make them comfortable.

I love that show manufacturers finally seeing that our toes need to expand and grip. The fit is perfect. The shoe is so comfortable to wear. I am 46 playing in an old guys baseball league, and my feet feel amazing. I didn’t need any break either. Maybe the toe could be a little more durable material because I am scuffing it a bit
