Robert Winskowicz


Bob is an accomplished business executive with vast experience that spans from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in the consumer goods, high technology, and golf industries. The pinnacle of his career in the golf industry was his role as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Arnold Palmer Golf Company. He also held an executive leadership position at MacGregor Golf. Bob frequently collaborated with Arnold Palmer discussing game improvement technologies, product design and testing.

He has authored or co-authored over twenty patents and is a graduate of Husson University with a BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing. Bob is active in giving back to the community with his involvement in the local Big Brother program and Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child.


David Curran

Executive Vice President

Strategic Sales and Marketing Executive achieving success in Media, Marketing, Financial Services and Golf.  David has over 40 years sales and marketing experience with 24 years in the sports and golf marketing industries.  David collaborated on the development of the initial Advertising Sales Strategy of The Golf Channel and pioneered and managed the top sales territories during the first 9 years. Subsequently, David was a key driver in the success of Intersport, an award winning Chicago Sports Marketing firm.  

rejoined The Golf Channel family in 2013 and was awarded the Technology Salesperson of the Year award as Golf Now launched its course technology strategy. He then was tapped to launch Golf Now Ride in 2014 bringing the Golf Now Business Solutions start-up to over 1000 course partners. David received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Telecommunications and Sports Marketing from the University of Florida.


Eddie Carbone

Executive Director, Pro-Link Sports

Since August of 2017, Eddie Carbone has worked with Pro Links Sports as the Tournament Director for the PGA Tour Champions’ Oasis Championship and attracts one of the strongest fields on the PGA Tour Champions.  Carbone previously worked for the Bruno Event Team as the Executive Director for the 2017 U.S. Senior Open Championship at Salem Country Club.  Carbone was also the Executive Director of the World Golf Championships-Cadillac Championship at Trump National Doral from 2004 until heading back to Salem for the Senior Open.   

Prior to his time with the PGA TOUR, Eddie was the Executive Director of the New England 
Section PGA from 1997 to 2004, after starting as Tournament Director in 1993.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas in Austin.


James Remy

Past President, PGA of America

Jim has been a PGA Golf Professional since 1984 and elected in 2008 as the 36th PGA President; He became the first New England PGA Section member to ascend to the Association's highest office. During his term, Jim led in promoting the essential role PGA members play throughout the industry, especially as a golf employer's most valuable asset for economic growth and development. He also campaigned for improving the general public's perception of the fitness and healthy lifestyle values of the game of golf.  

holds the distinction of having served in virtually every capacity within the areas of PGA governance, including an unprecedented six-and-a-half year term on the PGA Board of Control, which reviews and rules on membership issues.


Jon Bacon

Director of Footwear Design, SQAIRZ

Jon recently spent 12 years at Footjoy as Design Director of Golf Footwear. Jon is a highly accomplished footwear designer with 22 years of design experience with companies such as Footjoy, PUMA, Reebok, and New Balance. In addition to footwear design, Jon has also worked closely with footwear factories to develop, design, innovate and produce/discover new production methods. 
While at Footjoy he managed the design team and co-invented several leading golf footwear designs such as Contour, D.N.A., XPS-1 Sole, Tour S, DNA 2.0 and FJ Sport. Jon is responsible for all product design and production.  


Jonathan Morris

Designer, Jon Morris Design 

An award winning and recognized industry designer, Jon is an extraordinarily talented Footwear Designer who creates innovative, cutting edge products across footwear and apparel categories.  He is skilled at designing high-end technical, casual, and entry level performance footwear with strong visual communication skills balanced with extensive knowledge of design, materials, biomechanics, development, and production.   

Before starting Jon Morris Design, Jon’s career included Creative Director of Footwear for Mercury; Senior Designer II, Reebok International;  Senior Design Manager for Fila; Senior Designer for Rockport; and Senior Designer for New Balance.  Jon is known for his award winning design of the Shaqnosis for Shaquille O’Neil, Kamakazee II for Shawn Kemp, Pump Low for Wimbledon great Michael Stich, and Pump II for Michael Chang.  Jon has designed footwear for Fitness, Rock Climbing, Basketball, Running, Hiking, Tennis, Training and Field boots.  Jon has two designs in the top 25 best-ever selling sneakers.


Joe Napurano 

Designer, Akilez Design Consultants 

Joe is an Industrial Designer with over 20 years of experience in the consumer product market. He is accomplished in a wide range of product design combining fashion, performance, technology and art with special expertise in computer aided technologies and processes.  He established Akilez Design Consultants in 1998 providing a myriad of footwear design services from inception through to production.  Joe’s experience includes: Reebok International, Ltd, Senior Designer who managed staff designers for the footwear division in several categories. 

He designed the “Cybernet”, Reebok’s technical “Futervision” basketball shoe which is now on display in Atlanta and Singapore.    Joe also was the Director of Design and Product Development for Ryko, Inc. where he designed aerobic, walking, running, cross-train, and hiking footwear.  He began his career with Hyde Athletic Industries (Saucony) as Designer, Art Director, Product Design and Marketing Liaison for running, walking, aerobic, cross-training and hiking.  Joe is the recipient of numerous industry awards and in addition to leading Akilez Design, he is an associate Professor of Industrial Design for the Rhode Island School of Design.

Emtexglobal has been a leader in the development and delivery of engineered fabrics worldwide with high quality sourced materials for a variety of end uses from footwear applications to apparel. Over 75 years of experience in laminations, adhesives, and coatings – combined with both fabric and nonwoven substrates.  
Emtexglobal services customers such as New Balance, Timberland, Danner, and Rocky.  Mr. Tutrone is considered a leading authority in materials and substrates for the footwear industry.


Michael Iverson

Founder/Designer, Iverson Design, LLC

For over 25 years Michael has worked in the marketing, design and media production industry for a wide range of companies such as New Balance, OTB, Faytex and State Street Research 
Michael began as a graphic designer and video production specialist and then moved into Marketing as Team leader of Publishing within State Street Research and Management focusing on design, illustration, and desktop publishing.  He started Iverson Design, LLC in 1998 providing a one-stop-shop for multimedia marketing and advertising media and consulting services including; Graphic design, illustration, page layout, motion graphics, web development, photography, video production, visual effects and 3D animation.
